Approximately 1,200 people gathered on May 6, 2016 at the Palm Beach Convention Center auditorium for the Class of 2016 commencement ceremony.  The ceremony started without a hitch and the presentation of colors was presented by the ROTC of Lake Worth High School. The National Anthem and musical tribute was sung by the Royal Palm Beach Concert Choir and the Director of Admissions, Merrit Dain.  The guest speaker was Palm Beach County State Attorney, Dave Aronberg.  He spoke of his failures and quoted the great Abraham Lincoln, “My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.”  For failures, should only serve as motivation to succeed. He stressed the importance of perseverance, and was ecstatic about his personal accomplishment earlier in the day, which he wholeheartedly attributed to Keiser Karma. The valedictorian was Shea Kingston, a graduate from the Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice program.  Mr. Kingston thanked the school for the quality of education he received and spoke of celebrating accomplishments, and striving for more accomplishments to celebrate.
