Keiser University Flagship Campus Sports Medicine & Fitness Technology and Exercise Science program students recently gained insight from John Denney, a performance coach who works with athletes of all levels.  While emphasizing the importance of the mind, the body and the spirit, Denny also shared information relating to focused breathing and its benefits on heart rhythm. Students were able to experiment with the ‘emotional reset breath’ technique thanks to a biofeedback monitor which displayed the results as they expressed varying emotions.
