Dining Room Service class this month is learning the essentials of high class dining and proper service. Wine is the theme this month. The students visited Bunker Hill Vineyard and Winery to learn how wine was made from the grape, fermentation, aging, and even bottling properly. How lucky we are to have a winery growing and producing their wine so close to the Sarasota campus.
