Keiser University’s Daytona Beach campus recently donated backpacks full of school supplies to The Healthy Start of Flagler and Volusia Counties as part of its Keiser Kits for Kids initiative. The partnership was especially meaningful because Keiser University alumna Melissa Pagan was recently appointed the organization’s Coordinated Intake and Referral Supervisor.

The mission of The Healthy Start Coalition of Flagler and Volusia Counties is to promote care and the resources to improve health and safety outcomes for pregnant women and young children.
