Students from Chef Stoffolino’s Stocks and Sauces class compete in a relay-style competition.  The first team to complete production of a 4 part relay won bragging rights! The production consisted off a quart of diced onions, a quart of hand whipped mayonnaise, 8-way fabrication of a chicken and finally, cook a chicken breast in chasseur sauce.
