Dr. Chris Stabile visited the Tampa campus and led a faculty meeting. Instructors worked together in break-out sessions discussing his teaching, assessment, learning, and curriculum (TALC) model and synthesized their thoughts with an informal poster session at the end. The discussion was focused on connections between the four domains in the model. The Tampa campus is appreciative of the opportunity to work with Dr. Stabile in exploring ways to optimize the student learning experience at KU.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
