Edwin Mouriño, Ph.D. is the founder and president of Human Intelligent (HI) Workplace and a seasoned consultant, educator, and Air Force veteran with extensive experience across multiple industries including aerospace, government, and higher education. He specializes in leadership development, executive coaching, and workplace strategies, with a particular focus on human intelligence in the era of artificial intelligence. Dr. Mouriño speaks nationally and internationally on topics such as today’s changing workforce, neuroleadership, and the implications of human capital trends for organizations and their leaders. He teaches for Keiser University in one of our Latin American campuses in Nicaragua.
