High-quality research only matters if it changes what people actually do.
This presentation explores the critical disconnect between academic publication and practical application in health, fitness, and human performance. Through applied case studies, including national consumer education work, attendees will learn how to convert complex science into usable tools for coaches, clinicians, and the general public. The session offers a practical model for improving impact, adoption, and real-world behavior change.
