The Fort Lauderdale campus completed the second round of advisory board meetings this past week. Over 100 members were in attendance for 7 of the campus’ 19 boards. Presentations were offered by Associate Deans Nneka Forsman, Caroline Scrivani, Dr. Michael Record from the Writing Studio, Director of Student Services, Mrs. Violet Nikolici Lowrey, and Associate Director of Student Services, Dana DellaCamera, with Employer of Choice Awards presented by Student Services Coordinator, Amanda Walling. Advisory Board member, Richard Crowner presented a plaque to the university on behalf of the Florida State Society of AMTs in honor of all we do for our students, graduates, and the medical professional community.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
