Keiser University’s Port St. Lucie Campus recently welcomed Youth of the Year Finalists from the Boys and Girls Club. Thernell Mills, Tristian Murphy, Rebecca Jacques and Jeaniela Cazimy enjoyed breakfast with Mayor Linda Hudson, City Commissioner Jeremiah Johnson, Councilwoman Stephanie Morgan and County Commissioner Linda Bartz in Keiser University’s Collaboratorium.

Following breakfast, a panel discussion was held to educate the four youth leaders regarding local government agencies and issues. The group then toured Keiser University’s Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology and Dietetics and Nutrition program areas, as well as its Biomedical Science and Biology, and Nursing SIMS labs.
