Jack Campa, a Sports Medicine & Fitness Technology student at the Fort Myers campus, shows off a biomechanical model that he created as part of his class in Applied Kinesiology. This model allows the user to understand the concepts of torque and mechanical advantage, as well as the influence of anatomical variations in muscle insertion and line of pull.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
