Keiser University Lakeland had the privilege of hosting a bake sale fundraiser where students joined in by baking some of the goodies sold to raise funds for the Hillsborough County Paralympics team. The Team will be traveling to New Jersey soon for the 2015 National Junior Disability Championships. This group is made up of individuals that are under the age of 16 with intellectual disabilities, prosthetics, or wheelchairs They compete in sporting events that develop fitness, demonstrate courage, and allow them to achieve new goals.
