The Dietetics & Nutrition Core 7 students of the  Lakeland campus hosted a Grecian Festival as their theme meal ( (Term Project) in Professor Elaine Jansak’s Management of Dietary Services class. High marks were received for their delightful menu including chicken souvlaki, parmesan eggplant, Greek vegetable medley, Greek salad, dessert of vanilla Greek yogurt with honey walnut spiced cookie. Guests gave the students an “A” for their hard work.
