The Keiser University Lakeland Association for Computing Machinery (KULACM) student chapter held a fall potluck dinner. The two keynote speakers, Michael Malone (Cyber Security Incident Response – Microsoft) and Michael Meyers (Author CompTIA topics – Total Seminars) spoke via Skype with a combined attendance from the Lakeland and Tampa campuses. Both speakers discussed the value of certification and career paths in Information Technology. Thanks goes to the KULACM for organizing the event, and to the Tampa campus for joining in on the fun, festivities, and learning.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
