Recently, Chef Instructors, Chefs Curtis and Jung from Melbourne, brought their students  to the Central Florida chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) meeting, which was held at Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando. They were there to learn firsthand what a great relationship between a Culinary Arts school and their local ACF chapter looks and feels like.

As a result of chef demonstrations, Culinary Arts student Christina Snow was presented a prize of a gift certificate from Boston Lobster Feast.  The prize was presented to her by Chef Jimmy Wessman, Jr. Membership Chair, and the president of the Central Florida Chapter, Chef Joe Alfano, CEC islands of Adventure Chef / Universal Studios.
