Students in the Sports Medicine & Fitness Technology program hosted a “Food Fair” during this month’s course in Nutrition and Weight Management.  The goal of the Food Fair was to educate KU students, faculty and staff on health dietary choices based on principles learned over the duration of the course.  SMFT students set up their booths in the student lounge over the lunch hour and presented their research, played a game based around their topic in nutrition, and taught fellow KU students  how to successfully read a food label and purchase healthier food options.
