International cuisine explored gnocchi in a number of forms: gnocchi di patate, gnocchi di polenta, and the student favorite- Gnudi (soft, pillowy spinach and ricotta dumplings served atop a simple marinara, dusted with Pecorino Romano). The gnocchi was followed up by roast pork with a honey-rosemary balsamic glaze, polenta and mushroom ragout.

For the final course of the day- cinnamon flavored pastry cream, fried and finished with almonds, sherry, and orange juice.
