Students enrolled in the Abnormal Psychology class in Miami hosted an event to showcase their course projects.  Each student was required to select a diagnosis and create a doll based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Fifth Edition criteria. Project topics ranged from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder to Night Terrors and Bipolar Disorder. Afterward, they were required to present their work. This event provided an opportunity for the students to engage with peers, faculty, and staff on campus on topics related to mental illness and stigma associated with mental health disease.
