Easter Seals has been a great partner to the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at the Melbourne campus. So when the students reached out to the Center for Culinary Arts about donating snacks to a small meeting, the culinary students were happy to oblige.

Students created fruit trays, assorted tasty treats like citrus cured salmon and cucumber tea sandwiches, crab-meat stuffed mushroom caps, turkey and arugula roll-ups, and smoked paprika roasted potatoes with garlic mayo, chorizo and olive.
