Today the Sarasota campus had Tom Gumpel, Vice President of Product Development and Erik Kastel, Director of Bakery Development from Panera Bread visit the Center for Culinary Arts. Both Chefs spent time baking in our kitchen and even shared their products with students and chefs. The campus looks forward to having them bake on campus in the future to share more of their experiences and knowledge with our students.
The Dining Room Service class received a quick lesson in coffee from growing to harvesting, grinding, brewing, and serving. He also did a demo on how to use the new AeroPress.
