Pine Ridge High School’s Health Academy and AVID students visited the Daytona campus for college and career exploration recently. Students were given the opportunity to interact with current students, and participate in hands-on learning experiences. The students were able to meet expectant mom, Sarah Gilmore, an admissions counselor who was having ultrasound imaging done during their visit. Smiles and excitement filled the lab as the high schoolers tried to predict baby’s sex (it is a baby girl).
