Ranking Lists Keiser University Among Florida’s Safest Campuses

Keiser University has been ranked #3 in the NICHE 2018 Safest College Campuses in Florida. NICHE bases its ranking system on key statistics and student reviews using data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Students’ safety is essential in their educational environment. They must be protected from violence and harassment, and remain free of all dangerous elements. Keiser University takes all possible measures to uphold safety protocol. This includes maintaining a staff educated on emergency situations. They are trained to handle a wide range of situations, and are up to date on dangerous weather conditions, accidents, violence and threatening scenarios.

“The only thing more important to us than our student’s education is their safety. Our security leaders are top-tier and have qualified professionals on all campuses,” said Dr. Arthur Keiser, Keiser University Chancellor, adding, “Our Campus Response Teams put forth great time and effort into training our security teams and making sure our universities are safe. We are very proud to be ranked the third safest university in the state, and we will continuously strive to be number one−in safety and education. Safety is always a priority here at Keiser University.”
