After learning how to make their own cheese, Chef Martinelli’s Garde Manger class took a trip to a local dairy farm. Dakin Dairy was kind enough to give students from Sarasota’s Center for Culinary Arts a full tour that started with the cows and ended with the students making butter out of fresh cream.
