The Tallahassee baking and pastry students created an underwater themed sugar & chocolate show piece using their newly acquired skills from their Chocolates and confections class! To create this showpiece students had to hand paint and color each piece, cast sugar, mold chocolate pieces, and pull, shape, and blow hot sugar. Students then assembled the piece, and were challenged to carry it over thirty yards to be placed on display.
