Occupational Therapy Assistant student, Brandy Miller, won this month’s President’s Award for being a trailblazer at the Fort Myers campus. Brandy has taken on a pivotal role as the President of the Student Government Association, revitalizing its presence on campus by spearheading student events like bowling, shark fishing, and Valentine’s Day carnations. She has also represented the Fort Myers campus student body at the most recent advisory board meeting, giving an impactful presentation on public speaking that resonated with many of the board members. Brandy has accomplished all of this while still making time to lead study groups with fellow classmates to ensure that academic success remains the goal everyone strives for and achieves.
