Keiser PTA students (Cohort 11) volunteered at the Clay County Aquatics competition , a part of the Special Olympics at the Dye- Clay YMCA. During the event, students were able to get very involved in both team and individual dynamics and took every opportunity to cheer and encourage the athletes. They received excellent responses from both athletes and organizers. Ronna Smith, Clay County Special Olympics director thanked our students for being part of the event and helping to make it more successful.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
