West Palm Beach faculty Dr. Corey Campbell, Sports Medicine & Fitness and Darius McDougle, Graphic Arts and Design teamed up with the Urban League Young Professionals of Palm Beach and Habitat For Children Ministries and adopted a local class for the day. Roosevelt Middle School a large institution only 3 miles away has programs such as their music class where they can not get the funding for items such as instruments. The adopt a class initiative not only got the music class new instruments but, a pizza party and a fun workshop teaching all about what Keiser University can do for their future. The students loved our visit and we look forward to more of these community outreach sessions in the days and weeks to come.
