Several Keiser University Sarasota campus Culinary Arts students are rolling up their sleeves to prepare delectable delights at the world-famous Master’s Tournament to be held at the Augusta National Golf Club.

Trained in classical and modern cuisine, the group will assist in creating compelling dining experiences with the appropriate COVID19 safety measures.  “We are proud to have our students chosen for this opportunity at the historic course. They will gain valuable experience at this well-planned and famous event, as the lesson in repetition and skills attainment is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity for them to shine,” said Dean of Culinary Arts Michael Moench.

The opportunity for the group to participate was initiated when Chef Ruben Garcia of the August National Golf Club reached out to Dean Moench in 2018 and subsequently visited campus to recruit and interview students.
