Keiser University presidents Dr. Gary Vonk and Kimberly Lea recently teamed to share insight relating to Keiser University’s mission, programs, philosophy and growth as part of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ annual Back to School Breakfast.While sharing information relating to the nearly 20,000 students that Keiser University serves, the duo also highlighted Keiser University’s dramatic growth since it was founded back in 1977 with the mission of creating curriculum to better serve adult learners seeking a career-focused education. They then relayed the importance of Keiser University’s economic impact along with the significance it places on individualized attention, its broad range of degree programs, winning athletics, community partnerships, and more.

Dr. Robert Avossa, Superintendant of Palm Beach County Schools, served as the keynote speaker of the event, eloquently sharing information relating to the developing plans which continue to transform the Palm Beach School System along with its focus on community engagement and the alignment of the system-wide goals that support both the students and the schools.
