The students in the Associate of Science Criminal Justice Department from New Port Richey and Clearwater campuses had an incredible experience at the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. Lead by their instructor, Corporal Brain Morgan, the students had an opportunity to connect their current class Intro to Corrections with this experience. What a great experience for these students, to take the text book information and see how it works in the real world. They observed daily operations of two working jails, met personnel for questions and answers, and saw the conditions of a modern correctional facility.
