Dr. Keiser recently welcomed about 200 guests including over 150 middle and high school-aged girls to the Girls Leadership Institute’s STEM Academy held at Keiser University’s Flagship Campus. The event was sponsored by the Women’s Foundation of Palm Beach County and led by their founder Judith Selzer. While Keiser University professor Maria Golonski led a forensics workshop to make it possible for girls to solve the mystery of ‘the murdered mayor,’ other GLI STEM groups were rolling up their sleeves to delve into robotics, engineering, landscape architecture, DNA studies, and more.  Following the productive morning workshops, the girls spent the afternoon learning how to advertise and market their ideas.
