When the senior class sponsor at Bartow High School needed help for teacher appreciation day they called upon the Lakeland Campus and CRC Reshard Albert. Lakeland had the privilege of hosting 180 Faculty and Staff for their first ever “Teacher Tailgate” at Bartow HS. During their planning period, teachers came to the football stadium for a mid-afternoon tailgate luncheon. They grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, listened to music, and enjoyed some relaxing time with their fellow educators. The teachers went out of their way to thank Keiser University and many expressed their gratitude by booking additional presentations and partnership activities with the CRC.
My instructors believed in me. They were more than instructors, they tried to get to know you as a person and tried to understand your goals so they could push you towards them. Student services helped me find a job before I even graduated. Everyone was dedicated to my overall success.
