Recently, the ACF Sarasota Bay Chefs Association hosted their monthly meeting at Keiser University’s Center for Culinary Arts. For this meeting,  the very talented Chef Christopher Covelli taught members how to make “Tonno del Chianti,”. Chef Covelli shared about his culinary school in Italy, his experiences on The Food Network.  He also discussed his time running the catering operations for the Baltimore Orioles’ Spring Training in Sarasota for the past three years, which three of Sarasota’s own instructors participate in as well.
