Keiser University Pembroke Pines campus Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition students recently attended the Gordon Food Service Show along with professors Barbara Truitt and Jennifer Keil.

With each participant presented a Scavenger Hunt list to complete, the event provided opportunities to network with food and equipment vendors, gain insight from food allergen, labeling and waste presentations, and more.
